
Growing Engagement through User Research
I successfully executed a User Experience Research sprint for the award-winning mental wellness platform, Forte. This involved a heuristic analysis, conducting 15 in-depth user interviews, and administering 30 targeted user surveys. My primary objective was to define key areas for enhancement within the user journey. This process facilitated the development of detailed user personas and the creation of a strategic product opportunity brief.
