
6-week design thinking sprint to solve multi-city itinerary planning pain point.
Embarking on an 6-week design thinking sprint, our goal was to address the complex challenge of multi-city itinerary planning. The first week began with mapping the problem, defining key questions, goals, and creating a simple map of our service. This was followed by individual sketching of solutions, emphasizing critical thinking over artistic skills. In the third week, the team had a collection of solutions, and we used the 'Sticky Decision' method to select the strongest ones for prototyping. On the fourth week was spent developing a realistic prototype, simulating the end product. The sprint culminated with testing this prototype with customers through one-on-one interviews, gathering immediate feedback to refine our approach.
